Park Karate students in martial arts class

Message From School Owner Chief Master Vincent Raimondi

ATA Martial Arts & Park Karate for Kids have been teaching confidence and discipline to students in Roselle Park since 1991. Our mission is to build future leaders of America for a better tomorrow. Our programs were devised in order to allow children to prepare themselves for real life situations. Classes are fun yet action-filled, and students are encouraged to reach their goals. Contact us today to get started!

Pre-School Karate Kids

ATA Park Karate is a place where pre-school kids grow their self confidence and can come to learn martial arts in a safe and stress free environment designed for children. At ATA Park Karate the focus is on valuable pre-school lessons such as confidence, courtesy, respect and self-discipline. Children develop these life skills and they can be used outside of the class at home and in school. Teachers will see a difference! Social skills, communication, and awareness are all highly valued traits in society and are a large part of pre-school martial arts programs.

From Respect to Self-Discipline ATA Park Karate brings the fundamental parts of the curriculum of any martial arts program designed for pre-school children. Students training at our New Jersey schools are taught to respect one another as well as the teachers, parents, and instructors. We mentor our team of instructors and students, and truly believe in strengthening the mind and body as a part of karate for kids within the youth of the community.

With a strong focus on concentration and awareness, instructors are preparing a karate kid for their school years. Teachers and parents see it as necessary in the classroom at children’s schools, at home and in social settings. Consider memorization – ATA Park Karate classes teach students to memorize the form or technique and quality, within the martial arts. This helps children learn the memorization skills essential for school academics, as well as preparing them to be a well rounded student in the near future.

Elite Instruction

The classes offered at ATA Park Karate utilize a top level team of instructors, who prepared curriculums under the supervision and guidance of Martial Arts Instructor, Chief Master Vincent Raimondi. These curriculums are designed to train each student to become a competent martial artist. These courses incorporate many different disciplines, and are tested by high level martial arts instructors to ensure effectiveness.

Focus on the Present to Achieve your Goals

Many of us want to accomplish great things. However, often we fail to reach our goals. This happens not due to lack of trying, but rather due to us not working smartly. We often have the ultimate goal in mind, but we do not pay attention to the steps involved in achieving that goal. Focusing […]

Martial Arts For Seniors 1 Martial Arts, Never Too Late To Learn!

Martial Arts, Never Too Late To Learn!

As we get older we seem to lose the edge we used to have, be it in speed, focus and sometimes even memory. Seniors can be more active as compared to their juniors if health permits. In fact, many seniors have reported that the sole thing holding them back is physical discomfort. This is where martial arts […]
